All 8 session programmes are designed to be completed within a 3 month timeframe.  This is to maintain focus and momentum to ensure you get the best possible results.  As with anything in life, whether it is your house, your car or your newly acquired knowledge,  it is important to continue to invest and maintain what you have initially acquired.  These programmes are no different and therefore maintenance sessions are recommended and offered on a needs basis.

Please note, payment for sessions must be received 24 hours prior to that session. If payment is not received prior to the 24 period, the session cannot go ahead.  Payment can be made via bank transfer or by credit/debit card over the phone.
